Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Holl Cam iOS application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Holl Cam is a photo-editing application that applies color looks (“cameras”) to photos you choose from your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (“Unlock All Cameras”) that permanently unlocks all premium cameras, including premium cameras added in the future. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

• All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details.
• Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device with the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchase” in the App.

3. Your content

Photos you edit remain yours and remain on your device — the App never uploads your photos to us or to any server. You are responsible for the content you edit and for any LUT files you import into the App (“MY LUTS”), including having the necessary rights to use them.

4. Our content

The App, its name, wordmark, design, built-in color looks, and camera artwork are our property and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, or resell the App’s color looks or artwork.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse engineer it, circumvent purchase entitlements, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights under Brazilian law.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
